We are located in the heart of Washington, DC at an art space, home to an incredible network of diverse, supportive, creative groups and individuals. Our residents have access to the studio space and equipment where they collaborate with fellow studio members and connect with the vibrant 52 O St. Studio community.

 

The residency program equips artists with the tools and support they need to further their career in creative entrepreneurship and maximize social impact of their art. During the program, art residents work in our studio with our team and fellow residents execute a multitude of creative projects with a culture forward mission to ensure maximum social impact.
